All our curated programmes begin with a 60-minute initial consultation followed by a 90-minute Method consultation (a deep dive into the 4 pillars of the Curated Method). Followed by two to three weekly personal training 60-minute appointments for your programme duration.

Not at all. Our programmes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. We guide you through proper form, technique, and progression. No prior experience needed.

No. As a former private chef and expert nutritional educator, guidance can be provided if you are keen to learn how to cook however, the programmes are flexible and you will cover eating out, on the go and takeaways if this is your preferred approach.
